Booking Inquiries

Once Villa Batujimbar has received an inquiry we will contact you with confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable tax), and the amount of deposit required (50% of total rental value).

Confirmed Reservations

On confirmation of a booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental value to be paid. The remaining 50% of the rental value is required to be paid in full 45 days before the booking date.

Changes to Bookings

Any request to change a booking must be made in writing. Villa Batujimbar will endeavour to accommodate booking changes but this will only occur subject to availability of the rental property.

Cancellation Policy

Villa Batujimbar requires that all cancellations are notified in writing (email is acceptable). Upon cancellation of a booking, a minimum of three months notice is required before the booked arrival date to allow any deposits paid to be refunded. Cancellations made less than three months prior to the arrival date will not be refunded and all monies paid as deposit will be forfeited. Final payments are non refundable.

Our Seasons

Unless otherwise noted our booking seasons are:

Low Season: January 11th to June 30th
  September 16th to December 19th
  (Excludes Easter & Chinese New Year)
   
High Season: July 1st to July 31st
  September 1st to September 15th
  Easter & Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
   
Peak Season: August 1st to August 31st
  December 20th to January 10th
   

Function and Events

Villa Batujimbar must approve any functions or events planned during the clients stay in our property, including approval for guest numbers that exceed 50% above the number of guests registered to stay. Such approval is at the sole discretion of Villa Batujimbar and will be priced accordingly. Full terms and conditions for the staging of functions and events will be forwarded upon application.

Damages, breakages or losses

Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at Villa Batujimbar and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Batujimbar reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.

Insurance

All clients are strongly recommended to take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility

Villa Batujimbar is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil or military disturbances, fire, floods, acts of terrorism, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
